8:00a – Auditions begin

Please notice two important changes this year: 

• Audition fees will be $12 per student, up from $10 in the past.
  This is an Southeast Missouri Music Education Association change across all divisions. This was voted on unanimously by those present in our annual meeting in January. 
• Payment policy: payment must be turned in prior to audition start.
  Kim Whitehead, our treasurer, will be available on audition day to collect payments from directors during check-in.
  
  You are still welcome to mail your check in advance. However, we understand that some schools have budget and payment timelines that make advance payment difficult. This on-site payment option is available to help make the process easier and reduce stress for participating schools.

Registration

Complete registration by Wednesday, Sept. 9th at 4:00p

1. Fill out the Audition Submission Form and register your students grades 9-12 that will be participating in the auditions.

2. Fill out the Teacher Preference Form to finish your registration. 

3. Read through the Teacher Information Letter. 

4. Remit payment ($12 per student) made out to SEMMEA in person on site or mailed to:
